The online casino industry finally received some good news late Tuesday night when Representative Barney Frank decided the time was right to move forward with his online gambling regulation discussions.

Senator Ron Wyden from Oregon has decided against his proposed amendment that would have given tax revenue from online gambling to health care reform. Wyden now claims that the two issues are too big to be discussed together.
